About Us
Kellie Regan M.A.R.L.A.
Kellie came from London in 1993 to work in Southampton, having already experienced life in the property world with a development company and also in the commercial market. She entered the world of residential lettings by working for a large corporate agent in Southampton managing their regional centre and dealing with all aspects of the legal world of lettings. Over a number of years she became disillusioned with the corporate way of life then worked for a large independent agent as an area a manager covering several branches within Hampshire. Having established K R Letting Services in 2004 there is no looking back just forward to continued success and expansion within the company.
Sarah Button M.A.R.L.A.
Sarah has worked in London Road Southampton for the majority of her property life starting in the late 1980’s, firstly working for a corporate estate agent. As time went on Residential Lettings became a recognised and needed industry and worthy of its own status and an opportunity arose within the same company for Sarah to move across into the lettings industry. It was during this time that Kellie and Sarah first forged a business relationship. After 15 years of service with the corporate agent Sarah also decided that the corporate world was not for her and went to work for a builder developer for a couple of years which gave her experience in another field of the property world, not only administratively but practically too, she can now drive heavy plant vehicles including excavators and forklifts! Opportunity knocked and Sarah was fortunate enough to become part of the team at K R Letting Services.
Selina Fry
The newest recruit to the company, having never worked in the property industry has taken to it like a duck to water. Attending external and in-house training, Selina has already shown a natural attribution to the industry and we are pleased to say this has not gone unnoticed by our already established client bank. Selina has spent most of her working life as a Croupier travelling all over the world and therefore has excellent customer service qualities.
Barbara Regan
Barbara worked in London as a legal secretary for the majority of her life, in both property and criminal law and is a valuable member of the K R Letting Services Team.
